We always strive to be the best, whether our products are being served in a packed lunch or at a fine dining restaurant. We are compliant with the USDA Federal Grant of Inspection, which allows us to provide the same products our New Orleans locals have loved for years throughout the United States.
Chisesi Brothers are proud of our comprehensive food safety program, which includes HACCP programs, testing, facility design, and construction, including employee training. Our Quality Assurance team assures all stringent guidelines and specifications are achieved in order to produce a safe and consistent product.
